Thank you for shopping with Udderly Beautiful Balm. We take pride in carefully preparing and shipping our handcrafted beef tallow skincare products to ensure they arrive fresh and in excellent condition.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received. Because our products are handmade in small batches, processing times may occasionally vary during high-volume periods or product launches.

Shipping Methods

We ship through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or other reliable delivery services. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times vary by location:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if selected at checkout)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Warm Weather Notice

Because our beef tallow skincare products are made with natural ingredients and may soften or melt in high temperatures, we recommend:

Retrieving packages promptly after delivery
Avoiding prolonged exposure to heat or direct sunlight

If melting occurs, place the product upright at room temperature or refrigerate briefly to restore consistency. Product quality will not be affected.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been shipped, Udderly Beautiful Balm is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
